215 rooms ranging from 34 to 58 sqm in size, including 18 suites covering from 80 to 160 sqm including the honeymoon suite which has a 50 sqm terrace and its own whirlpool, two presidential suites with 125 sqm and a special Family Villa with 160 sqm, its own private garden and pool. All rooms have either been renovated, extended or newly constructed.

22 Standard rooms
The rooms with 34 sq.m. in size including balcony or terrace are elegantly decorated in natural tones with a warm contemporary tropical atmosphere and furnished with wooden furniture.
Minimum occupancy: 1 adult. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults.

97 Privilege rooms
The carefully designed and decorated Privilege rooms of 40 to 44 sq.m. in size including balcony or terrace will give you the full sensation of warmth, comfort and relaxation. The spacious bathroom area can be wide opened by sliding doors; with double wash-basin, separate shower, free-standing tub and separate toilet.
Minimum occupancy: 1 adult. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years)

75 Prestige rooms
Enjoy the breathtaking sea view in our 58 sq.m. Prestige room available in „Classic“ and „Colonial“ themes. Elegantly fitted-out with a light tone wooden furniture and designed with natural tone cotton and silk fabrics. Equipped with a large bathroom which can be opened to the bedroom by decorative screens, comprising of a bathtub and separate shower, independent toilet with bidet and separate double washbasins. Furnished with walk-in closets or large wardrobes.

15 Suites
The Maritim Resort & Spa Mauritius also offers an extensive choice of 15 luxurious and spacious suites ranging from 80 to 105 sq.m. Indulge yourself in a world of comfort and refinement! 2 Presidential suites
Stretch in one of our 2-storey 125 sq.m. suites. Master bedroom with adjoining luxury bathroom comprising of a separate shower & bathtub, double washbasins, private sauna and walk-in closet.
